Weaver-AI
Weaver-AI for finance teams
A filing, a control, a reporting threshold. The rule is knowable and the quarter is busy. Weaver-AI keeps them in view while the decision is being made, not at the restatement.

Why this work needs care
A threshold crossed, a control skipped for one cycle. Each one is defensible on the day and expensive to explain a year later.
A regulator asks what was considered and when. The working was in a spreadsheet, a call, and three messages.
How Weaver-AI helps
Ask against the client's own documents
Add ledgers, prior filings and correspondence to the workspace. Answers come from those, and say what could not be found rather than inventing a figure that reads correctly.
Record what the client actually asked for
Turn on the client call. Weaver-AI joins visibly and produces notes, decisions and deadlines, with an attendance record you can show the client.
Connect the systems you already run
Workspace API keys let an approved application call Weaver-AI directly. That is metered as API credits, so the cost of an integration stays separate from the subscription and stays visible.
What makes this different from a general chatbot
A spoken payment card number is redacted before a transcript is stored, and so is an identifier the speaker labelled. Names, dates and amounts are kept, because a transcript stripped of those is not a transcript.
Answers come from approved documents rather than from the open web. That is the difference between a plausible treatment and the treatment in the client's own file.
Attendance is disclosed. The client sees the assistant in the room rather than discovering afterwards that the call was processed.
It can use approved documents, meetings you invited it to, and applications you connected. It also says what it could not verify.
What Weaver-AI will not do
It joins no meeting you have not turned on, reads no calendar you have not connected, and is announced in every meeting it attends. Meeting audio is never retained. Transcripts are held for thirty days and then deleted. The notes written from a meeting are kept for as long as the account owner sets, and the default is ninety days. Credentials spoken aloud are removed before anything is stored.
