A disclosure deadline runs from a moment somebody has to point at afterwards. That moment is rarely written down while it is happening.

Do not let a secret survive the write-up
API keys, passwords and bearer tokens spoken or pasted are removed before anything is stored. What was removed is recorded without recording the value.
What makes this different from a general chatbot
Weaver-AI retains no meeting audio at any point. Transcripts last as long as you set rather than living wherever a notetaker put them.
The attendance record answers the question an auditor asks. What was this tool doing on that call, and who authorised it, with something written at the time.
Workspace-scoped access and API keys, so an integration you built has exactly the reach you gave it.
It can use approved documents, meetings you invited it to, and applications you connected. It also says what it could not verify.
What Weaver-AI will not do
It joins no meeting you have not turned on, reads no calendar you have not connected, and is announced in every meeting it attends. Meeting audio is never retained. Transcripts are held for thirty days and then deleted. The notes written from a meeting are kept for as long as the account owner sets, and the default is ninety days. Credentials spoken aloud are removed before anything is stored.
