Clinicians know their own obligations. What they do not have is a spare minute at the moment one applies. The rules that get missed are the ones everybody could have recited.
The record of why a decision was made is what an investigation asks for. It is usually the thing there was no time to write.

Add local protocols and standard operating procedures to the workspace. Weaver-AI answers from those rather than from general medical text on the internet, and it names what it could not verify.
Write up the meetings nobody has time to write up
Turn on an operational or governance meeting and Weaver-AI produces notes, decisions and owners. On platforms that report a participant list it attributes what was said to the person who said it, rather than to Speaker 1.
Keep the clinical judgment where it belongs
Weaver-AI summarises and retrieves. It does not make clinical decisions. Answers say what they could not confirm rather than presenting a guess in the same voice as a fact.
What makes this different from a general chatbot
Weaver-AI is not a medical device and does not offer clinical advice. What it does is remove the transcription and retrieval work around care, so the judgment stays with the clinician.
Credentials spoken aloud in a meeting are removed before a transcript is stored. A spoken payment card or a labelled identifier is redacted too.
Attendance is disclosed to the room. A tool that quietly listens to a ward round is a different proposition from one that announces itself and files a record of having been there.
It can use approved documents, meetings you invited it to, and applications you connected. It also says what it could not verify.
What Weaver-AI will not do
It joins no meeting you have not turned on, reads no calendar you have not connected, and is announced in every meeting it attends. Meeting audio is never retained. Transcripts are held for thirty days and then deleted. The notes written from a meeting are kept for as long as the account owner sets, and the default is ninety days. Credentials spoken aloud are removed before anything is stored.
