How Weaver-AI helps
Put the matter's own documents in front of it
Add filings, contracts and correspondence to the workspace. Weaver-AI answers from those rather than from the open web. Where it cannot find something it says so, rather than filling the gap with something plausible.
Have it sit in the call it is allowed to sit in
Turn on a client call or an internal review, one meeting at a time. Weaver-AI joins under a name the room can see. Afterwards you get notes, decisions, owners and deadlines. You also get an attendance record showing when it joined, who else was present, and on whose authority it attended.
Keep the words only as long as you want them
Transcripts are held for thirty days and then deleted. No meeting audio is kept at any point. The notes written from a meeting are kept for as long as you set, with a default of ninety days, and an account owner can set anything from one day to fifteen years. Deleting a meeting's notes removes the last record of it, and the confirmation says so before you do.
What makes this different from a general chatbot
A general assistant answers from whatever it absorbed in training. Weaver-AI answers from documents your workspace approved. That is the difference between a draft you can check and a draft you cannot.
Access is scoped to a workspace rather than to whoever has the link. Material shared with one matter team does not become material the whole firm can query.
Every meeting it attends produces a record of that attendance. That record is the artefact you need when somebody asks what an AI was doing on a privileged call.
It can use approved documents, meetings you invited it to, and applications you connected. It also says what it could not verify.
What Weaver-AI will not do
It joins no meeting you have not turned on, reads no calendar you have not connected, and is announced in every meeting it attends. Meeting audio is never retained. Transcripts are held for thirty days and then deleted. The notes written from a meeting are kept for as long as the account owner sets, and the default is ninety days. Credentials spoken aloud are removed before anything is stored.
