Weaver-AI
Help
Most Weaver-AI problems have a cause you can see in the product. Start with the symptom, then contact support if it is not there.

Weaver-AI missed a meeting
The attendance record on that meeting says whether Weaver-AI was invited, whether it reached the meeting, and why it stopped.
Meetings → the meeting → Attendance
A meeting is missing
Weaver-AI lists calendar events it can find a join link in. Events with no link now appear in their own column with the reason.
Meetings → Meeting notes
You cannot sign in
Sign in the way the account was created. A social account has no password to reset, and a password account will not appear under a provider button.
Notes look wrong
Notes are written from what Weaver-AI could hear. Short joins, muted rooms and missing audio all show in the attendance record.

Meetings
Weaver-AI did not join
Open the meeting and read its attendance record. It distinguishes the cases that look identical from outside: never invited, invited but the window had passed, joined and not admitted, or admitted and unable to hear anything.
The meeting is not listed
Weaver-AI reads calendar events and needs a join link. If the link is in an attachment or the body rather than the event, forward the invitation to your Weaver-AI meeting address instead — that address is on Meetings → Assistant settings, and forwarding is itself the instruction to attend.
Weaver-AI attends only what you turn on, or what is forwarded to your meeting address by a sender you have allowed. A meeting appearing in the list has not been joined and will not be.
Calendars
Sync has stopped
Use Refresh access on the connection under Meetings → Assistant settings. Providers end access after a password change or a security review, and refreshing keeps the meetings you have already turned on.
The wrong account is connected
Disconnect and connect again with the right account. Disconnecting also removes the events Weaver-AI had from it, including which meetings you had turned on, so use Refresh access if the account is correct and only the access has lapsed.
Signing in
Created with Google, Microsoft or GitHub
Use the same provider button. There is no password on that account, so the email-and-password form will not find one and password reset has nothing to send.
Created with a password
Use password reset on the sign-in page. It works without access to the workspace. If two-step verification is on, you will need a code from your authenticator app or one of your recovery codes.
Notes and answers
A note looks wrong
Notes come from what Weaver-AI could hear, so the attendance record is where the explanation usually is: a short join, a muted room, or audio it never received. Weaver-AI says who was present and, where it could tell, who was speaking — it does not guess a name it is unsure of.
Deleting notes
Delete notes from the meeting notes page, one at a time or several together. Deleted notes go to Trashand can be restored for 30 days, after which Weaver-AI removes them for good. You can also empty them from Trash yourself, which cannot be undone — a meeting’s notes cannot be produced again.
Contact support
Tell us the workspace, what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when. For a meeting, the meeting name and start time are usually enough for us to find it.
Support email is ordinary email. Leave out passwords, API keys, private meeting links, client or patient information, and the contents of your documents and notes. Weaver-AI support can investigate without them, and nothing in your workspace needs to be pasted into an email to be looked at.
When it is not support
A legal or data protection request
[email protected]— a data protection request about your own information or your clients’, a data processing agreement, a question about the Terms or the Privacy Policy, a request from a regulator or law enforcement, or notice of a dispute. Say which organisation you are writing about and in what capacity.
Something that affects safety
[email protected]— a suspected vulnerability, access you did not expect to have, or information appearing where it should not. Describe what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not include exploit code or another customer’s data, and give us a reasonable period to respond before disclosing further.
