Weaver-AI
Weaver-AI for brokers
A duty to the customer, a suitability test, a complaint clock. Weaver-AI keeps them in view while the file is being worked, not after a claim is declined.

Why this work needs care
The obligations attach to moments that feel routine. What was asked at renewal, what the client was told, what went on the file. A gap shows up when a claim is declined, and by then the cost lands on the customer rather than on whoever left it.
Conduct rules and complaint deadlines are counted in days. The person carrying them is carrying forty other files.
How Weaver-AI helps
Work a placement with the conduct rules named
Open a decision room for the question. A mid-term change, a non-disclosure, a complaint. Say whether US or UK rules apply, or both. Weaver-AI names the standards in view for every member and says which one bears on what is being discussed.
Answer from your own files, not from the market
Add the wordings you place, your terms of business and your procedure to the workspace, and ask against those. Weaver-AI says what it could not find rather than answering from broking practice in general. Broking practice in general is not the cover you arranged.
Write up the meeting that settled it
A client review or a placement discussion that produced a decision gets notes, the decision, and who owns what next. It also gets a record of Weaver-AI having been there, and on whose authority.
What makes this different from a general chatbot
Weaver-AI does not rule on whether a duty to the customer was met. It identifies rules that may apply and says to check them, while the file can still be put right.
A room shows what it is working to. ICOBS, the Insurance Distribution Directive, the NAIC producer rules. Every member sees that list, so nobody has to trust that somebody checked.
Closing a decision fixes a record of what was decided and what it was checked against. That is the document nobody has when a claim is disputed two years later.
It can use approved documents, meetings you invited it to, and applications you connected. It also says what it could not verify.
What Weaver-AI will not do
It joins no meeting you have not turned on, reads no calendar you have not connected, and is announced in every meeting it attends. Meeting audio is never retained. Transcripts are held for thirty days and then deleted. The notes written from a meeting are kept for as long as the account owner sets, and the default is ninety days. Credentials spoken aloud are removed before anything is stored.
